Career Highlights:
Prior to joining the McClelland Law Firm, P.C., in
2007, Mr. McClelland worked for Littler Mendelson, a
national labor and employment law firm, in its Los Angeles,
California office. There, Mr. McClelland represented
and counseled management clients in connection with all
types of labor and employment matters arising under state
and federal law.
To date, Mr. McClelland has handled a wide range of
employment-related litigation including claims involving
sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination,
trade secrets, wage and hour violations, consumer credit,
and privacy violations. Mr. McClelland also has
significant experience in class action litigation in state
and federal courts.
Mr. McClelland is licensed to practice in the state courts
of Missouri, and before the United States District Court for
the Western District of Missouri.
